So happy to be back in the seat today after our last wedding this year in February!

Such a very long summer without any weddings in the diary as the majority have now been postponed and re-arranged until 2021.

Todays wedding car was arranged by Josh for his parents, Tracey and John, as a surprise and I am very pleased to confirm that both bride and groom were delighted with his choice of car!

As I arrived to collect Tracey at her home in Henbury I was greeted by lots of lovely neighbours that had come out to see the bride leave, all were close friends as Tracey had lived in the area since she was three years old.

John had arrived by a big blue truck as he use to be a HGV driver until he became too ill to work as John is very poorly bless him.

As of today, weddings can go ahead with a maximum of thirty people in attendance which makes for an intimate and personal special day.

AFter the ceremony, Mr & Mrs O greeted their guests and enjoyed photos with the family in the adjoining gardens with St Mary’s Church in the background.

Then, off for a spin in the car and as requested by the bride, we did this with the hood down enabling the newyweds to enjoy the attention from other car owners and spectators as we toured around Henbury, lots of tooting of the horns and people waving!

Our final destination was at the Great Western Henbury Lodge which has some really lovely gardens and before we left some photos were taken with our car at their wedding venue for the album!

Congratulations to Tracey & John xx

First Wedding of 2020 at a new wedding venue for us!

First Wedding of 2020 at a new wedding venue for us!

We started the New Year with a wonderful couple, Marta and Simeon who were married at St. Bernadettes church in Whitchurch.

Who says you can’t travel in the winter with the hood down?

We travelled all the way with the bride snug and cosy in our faux fur stole from the church to their wedding venue at Arnos Vale Weddings, a first for us here at this venue.

Great wedding and congratulations to a lovely couple!

Wedding at Orchardleigh

Wedding at Orchardleigh

We were delighted to be asked to provide our wedding car for our friends wedding at St. Mary’s church at Orchardleigh followed by their reception at The Walled Gardens within the grounds on Friday, 19 July 2019.

Carris and Alastair (Ali) were married by candlelight in the tiny little church set on an island within the grounds of the Orchardleigh Estate.

We then travelled with their photographers Twisty Focus and Everlong Films to the gated entrance for some ‘private’ photographs with the couple.

Followed by a leisurely tour to the Walled Gardens where they were greeted by all their family and friends and apparently danced the night away into the early hours!

Wedding at The Hilton Hotel at Aztec West

Mr & Mrs H were such a fun couple and a pleasure to be with on their wedding day.

Married at St. Michaels Church in Winterbourne on Saturday, 13 July 2019 we provided three journeys to church which included Paul, his bestman (his brother) and his young son Ollie.

After the ceremony, we travelled to Aztec Lakes for some ‘private photos’ with another female professional, their lovely photographer Michelle Wheat from Black Rose Photography

Congrats to a fab couple!

Wedding at Tortworth Court on Saturday 6 July 2019

Wedding at Tortworth Court on Saturday 6 July 2019

What a beautiful summer wedding recently with Teresa & Andy who were married at Christ Church in Clifton. Above is the bride and father of the bride arriving for the ceremony.

After the ceremony we popped across to the Clifton Suspension Bridge with their lovely photographer Stewart Clarke Photography for them to enjoy some ‘private photos’ although the grass area was full of people enjoying the lovely sunshine, well done to Stewart for managing to delete them!

Whilst the guests made their way to reception, we took a steady journey to their wedding venue at Tortworth Court for photos on arrival.

And finally outside the venue……
